Secretary/Administrative officer
Secondary school
Full-time (38h/week) starting in August 2026.
CDD 1 year
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the school's Assistant Headmaster and other administrative staff managing and organizing office operations to ensure efficiency.
2. Communication:
Be the main liaison between the school and students, parents and teachers. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including documents, letters, certificates, emails, phone calls and in-person inquiries.
3. Event planning:
Assist in planning and organizing school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, graduation ceremonies, exams and trips, among others.
4. Student Services:
Assist in the enrolment and registration of students.
5. Facility Management:
Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repair services for school facilities. Manage inventory of office and school supplies.
Skills and qualifications:
- Expert use of office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proficient in English and French
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Quick and effective problem-solving with professional customer service skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years
